Fixed some issues regarding the login process.

Bots now inherit a player’s minigame progress (like lives) when someone leaves early.
Leaving a game early will now count as an automatic loss.
Points are now displayed on the end screen for point-based minigames.

Fixed returning to main menu causing other players to disconnect.

If you get disconnected from a server it will be blacklisted for 5 minutes, preventing a matchmaking loop.
